Get in, blow the enemies away, get out. That’s the way of the speedy Messer and her self-modified—though not quite manufacturer-sanctioned—Me 262 Hg.III back unit and carver rifle. Though a bit emotionally fragile, the war mage taking on the callsign Messer is a lightning quick fighter-class air mage excelling in unloading as much damage as she can muster in as short a time as possible. Messer is a young woman born in a small hamlet in Hermundia to a pair of alchemists. Constant familial difficulties and harsh bullying throughout her childhood lead to Messer developing a fervent compulsion to seek out any way to make herself stronger. Obsessed with gaining strength in order to survive, she took command of the experimental Me 262 Hg.III airframe and modified it to suit her needs, using its near-unmatchable speed to rush headlong into battle and prove her worth. To this end, she continuously works on improving both her own fighting prowess and her back unit’s output in hopes of finding a day where no one dares to try to compete with her. Taking on the haughty self-appointed title of "human wonder weapon", Messer strives to resolve any situation in as concise and quick a manner as she can, both to display her superiority over others, and assuage her fears of inferiority in her own mind. On the surface, she’s an overbearing, arrogant girl who only respects those she judges as up to her standards. Deep down, however, she is a glass cannon with a fragile heart that longs for validation. Messer has a strange habit of talking to herself when she thinks she's alone, usually saying words of self-encouragement.
